I reviewed the entire day at the Berry College nest and didn't see either fledgling. Mom brought a squirrel to the nest. The cam was freezing bad today. One frame she wasn't there, the next frame she was...
She waited a while to see if one of her babies was going to show up. Eventually, she started eating the squirrel. (And when she left the nest later, she took the leftovers with her.)
It was fun watching her wait. She is panting to cool off after carrying the squirrel to the nest in the mid-day heat. It makes her look funny... Or maybe she was just jealous of my funny looking Dad video and she was making faces for the camera...
I like this s'cap of the Blue Jay. It's thinking, "Fly like an Eagle!"
The Harrison Bay Eaglets look full grown. Here's a day in the life...
I love the big stretches. I think these relieve their growing pains.
It's funny watching them follow each other around the nest.
They are both showing off their big feet.
One of the parents brought a nice-size fish to the nest.
Two peas in a pod...
One of the eaglets did some impressive self-feeding.
Mom and Dad like to perch in a near-by tree.
Sleepy baby...
Wingercizing.
I like the light at this nest in the morning because it lights up the background trees and at sunset (like here) because it's such a pretty light.
Mom stands up. She's thinking about something...
And off she goes!
She's gone for a bit and returns with a clump of green pine. It's looks like she took the end off of a pine bough.
She fed the babies some nestovers before bedtime.

Berry College Eagles Day 90&92
Good news. Both of the Berry College fledglings were seen in the nest area today! I had fun with a couple of s'caps today. A Blue Jay perched on the front branch. So I did some computer magic and put the Blue Jay perched next to the Eaglets, using a s'cap I'd previously taken on 4/28 of the Eaglets. I just wanted to get an idea of the size difference. Blue Jays are big birds but they are nothing compared to an Eagle. Sorry to yell, but the following is for the people that only look at the pictures without reading: THEY WERE NEVER SITTING SIDE BY SIDE! I did that digitally... The below is not a real screen capture!
I've got one video from today. Mom arrived at the nest with a squirrel. She was enjoying her meal when one of the fledglings joined her. Then Mom left and the youngster finished the squirrel then goofed around for a while. The video ends with the eaglet dozing while perched on the front branch. You can watch Mom and Fledgling here or at the link (9:26).

Berry College Eagles Day 89&91, Harrison Bay Eagles Day 45&47, White Rock Eagles Day 23&24
There were a couple of visits to the nest today by a fledgling. There's no way to tell which one it is any more. There is a general feeling that the first fledge hasn't returned to the nest yet. It might not mean anything if that's the case. If it is ok, it should return eventually. We will only know at this point if they are both seen together... Some screen captures from today. The eaglet and the Blue Jay spent a few moments eye-balling each other. Have they called a truce?
Not a chance! This series, a couple of minutes later, is the Blue Jay attacking the fledgling. And they had been getting along so well... You can see the Blue Jay coming in from behind and the eaglet doesn't suspect a thing.
Then suddenly, thump in the back. The Blue Jay is actually on the eaglets back.
And here it's right behind the eaglets head, veering away after bouncing off its back.
Eventually the little pest goes away and everything is right with the eaglet's world. It has just eaten a big fish for lunch. It is resting in the nest. Not because it can't leave. But because it chooses to stay...
The Harrison Bay eaglets are past the half-way point of being stuck in the nest tree. They will fledge in another 5-6 weeks...
And the White Rock babies are bringing up the rear of the three Bald Eagle nests that I'm following this year. They still have quite a way to go.
Here, the parent looks funny while shaking.
The Berry College Bluebirds look like grown-up birds today. It's amazing how fast they grow up! That's one of the parents in the top right corner.

Berry College Eagles Day 88&90 Second Fledge Returns to Nest (See previous post today for Second Fledge video)
If you haven't checked the blog yet today, this is post #2 for today. The first one contained the fledge of the second Berry College eaglet. That eaglet returned to the nest for dinner. And it was another grand entrance! Here's a link to the video of Second Fledge Returns to Nest (7:10). I'm not going to embed this one in the blog. I did a side-by-side of two cams and it would be too hard to see it in a little box on here. So, click the link and maybe view it on full screen... And please tell me how you like the side-by-side format. I think it really worked well for this video! I viewed it on 360p Quality in the Settings and I think it looks good.
The Blue Jays didn't take long to move in.
And they came by more than once.

Berry College Eagles Day 85&87 Missed Landing and The Rest Of The Day...
I've got a new video for you tonight, containing the highlights of the day. If you missed it, one of the Berry College Eaglets missed its landing. It ended up perched on a branch below the nest. Afterward, a Blue Jay starts dive-bombing the eaglet. Then it misses a food delivery. As the nest gets dark, you can see it moving around behind the nest. Here's the Highlights After The Fall video.
In case you missed my earlier post today about the Berry College Eagles, I'm reposting it here. One of the eaglets missed a landing and ended up on a branch below the nest. Here's the Missed Landing video. In the thumbnail below, the eaglet is circled as it is falling/jumping from the missed branch to the branch below the nest.
You can just see its head as it moves around back there:
