And on 6/14:
We could only see 1 escapee at the Dyfi Osprey nest on 6/13:
But I caught them during a break today, 6/14:
And check out this Lumber Delivery (0:54):
The folks at the Dyfi Osprey Project also put up an interesting blog post about the parent's feeding the chicks: Chick Feeding: An Inequitable Life
The Harrison Bay Eaglets are exploring all of the branches, 6/14:
I've got the two videos from 6/12. They are both kinda long, but so worth watching! First is the Buddies video (9:29):
And the Silhouette Casting Pellet video (14:33):
The Scottish Wildlife Trust's Loch of the Lowes Osprey are growing by the day. They were in a puddle on 6/13:
But I got a better view of the Osplets on 6/14 during a feeding:
Somebody was at the controls at the White Rock Eagle nest on 6/13. We got a nice close-up of the chicks.
Here's a Fish Delivery video, with a cool landing and a cool take-off. And the adult makes a throw-your-head-back call, which I love! (0:54):
It's funny how chicks in a nest become buddies...
The Center for Conservation Biology put up an interesting post about the 2015 Mid-Atlantic Bald Eagle Fledges.
