I forgot to hit the post button last night. This is the post for June 6, 2015.
I was able to bring up the Africam Black Eagle nest today, and it streamed for a while. But it was already after sunset, so this is all I was able to get.
I caught Mom Dyfi having a nap today.
Eventually, she got up and I was able to see the three Osplets. They all seem to be doing well.
The Harrison Bay Eaglets got plenty of fish today and spent a lot of time on the branches. They started off the day in the nest.
But it wasn't long before they were out on the branches.
It was funny watching them both try to get the same bite.
I knew it wouldn't be long before one of the Eaglets went way out on the branch.
Pretty babies!
It's getting hard for the Scottish Wildlife Trust's Loch of the Lowes Osprey Mom to brood the growing babies. Mom keeps her wings relaxed to cover more of the nest bowl.
Dad came for a visit, decided he needed to go to the grocery store.
He came back a little while later with a live fish, which Mom fed to her babies.
Then it was nap time.
It was a beautiful day at the White Rock nest.
Mom left and came back with a fish.
She fed the babies...
...and was gone again...
...returning with another fish!
When I left them, they were back where they started...
