Nest Cam Round-up: Africam Black Eagle, Dyfi Osprey, White-bellied Sea Eagle, and White Rock

I've never seen a bird get its hackles up. I brought up the Africam Black Eagle cam and found Mom hunched over the baby and she did not seem happy...

The baby moved a little and I could see that she was standing on a prey item.

She was watchful for a bit, even though the baby was hungry.

She got down to some serious business...

The baby tried to help... So cute!

There was an empty nest at the Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust's Dyfi Osprey Project  nest.

Here's a nest exchange at the White-bellied Sea Eagle nest.

The parent that is incubating is standing up before the other has even landed. Must have really wanted a break!

We got a good look at the eggs. They will hatch this month!

It feels good to stretch after sitting still for so long while incubating eggs...

I love take-offs and landings.

Less than a minute from the time that one adult landed until the other took off.

I didn't get to see the White Rock fledglings today. Here is one of Christian Sasse's pictures of this nest, posted here with his permission:
