White-bellied Sea Eagle Day 5, and Bald Eagles Camellia and Grace Chekc In.

Rain was in the forecast again at the White-bellied Sea Eagle nest. It looked clear shortly before sunrise.

Dad did a flyby for the cam! Look behind the nest.

The IR cam was turned off. I think these ealges are so pretty when viewed head-on.

Mom took the opportunity to feed the baby. Get ready for some cuteness!

Mom shook herself off and went back to incubating. Here's a series of her shaking.

You can tell how hard she is shaking her head.

You can see the shake working its way down her body...

Then she puts it all back together again.

And she stepped back down into the nest bowl to brood her baby.

Shortly thereafter, Dad arrived -- with a teeny, tiny fish... (You can already see the rain beading up on Mom's back.)

Look at that tiny fish!

Mom was not impressed! And since it was raining, she didn't get up, even though Dad stood there crying for his turn to brood the baby. So, Dad left.

Later on, it's back to Mombrella mode as the rain comes down.

Bald Eagle Camellia checked in.

Bald Eagle Grace checked in.
