Africam Black Eagle Day 27, Dyfi Osprey Day 23,25&26, Loch of the Lowes Osprey Day 31,33&34, White-bellied Sea Eagle Egg Watch, White Rock Eagles Day 65&66 Leaping Onto Branch

I still don't see any feathers appearing on the Africam Black Eagle chick...

They Dyfi Osplets have big crops -- they are being fed well. Not only do the babies have the white tips to their feathers, but their eyes are also darker than the adult's eyes.

The Scottish Wildlife Trust's Loch of the Lowes Osprey chicks are about a week older than the Dyfi Osplets. Their feathers have grown in a bit more.

The White-bellied Sea Eagles are so beautiful and this camera picture is so clear! I am really looking forward to watching this nest this year. And we are on egg watch now! If you are looking for a nest to watch now that the Bald Eagle nests are winding down, this is the one! Mom on the left is much larger than Dad.

I finally got to see one of the White Rock Eaglets get up onto the branch. I had thought that it might still be stepping up. But after a couple of flaps...

...this Eaglet took a huge leap...

...spotted the landing...

...and stuck the landing.

A little adjustment of the right foot...

...and the left foot...

...and all set.

The cam at the Harrison Bay Eagle nest was down today following a storm...
