Berry College Bald Eagle Chick Day 30, Morning Screen Captures of White Rock and Hays Bald Eagle Nests

Just some screen captures for today...

The Berry College Bald Eagle Chick is 30 days old today. Home alone in the s'cap from this morning. The chick still looks so small in the nest by itself. But it's actually a foot tall now:

More feather growth can be seen today.
 

 

The lighter color dots show where the down is being pushed out by the feathers growing in.

More pin feathers are coming out along the edge of the wing.

I finally captured a poop-shot!

More food is always welcome!

This is the White Rock nest in the middle of the night for them, but 8:30AM for us.

Looks like a typical morning at the Hays nest:
